Chris Hozdic, AmeriCorps VISTA Mobile Markets Coordinator at Community Markets Inc., is serving a year-long term of service through West Virginia’s Promise Youth Alliance. Born in Rockville, MD, Chris has lived most of his life in Jefferson County, WV and is motivated to support the local community in any way needed. He found his calling for community service while working in a diverse number of occupations and after volunteering multiple times during Community Markets Inc.’s Food Box Giveaways. Chris attained a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Shepherd University and has plans to pursue a career in the federal government.
